Elevate Now Belongs to the Community
Since February 2022, we've had the incredible honor of building this data visualization community with you. What started as a small idea among friends turned into a vibrant, thoughtful, and truly special group of dataviz practitioners.
After a lot of reflection, the four of us have decided to close this chapter and wind down the Elevate Dataviz Learning Community. We’re all stepping into new phases in our lives and careers, and we want to be intentional about where we invest our time and energy.
Together, we’ve shared ideas, learned from one another, celebrated creative wins, and supported each other through challenges. And we don’t want it to completely disappear! You can watch our final Elevate Show recording right here:
Here’s what to expect going forward:
- We stopped charging monthly dues effective Friday, September 19, 2025. If you paid for a yearly subscription, you should have received a pro-rated refund. If you're still being charged by us, email [email protected] immediately.
- The blog will remain accessible through July 1, 2026, after which time it'll go offline. You can expect the knowledgebase to disappear around the same time.
- We know that many of our members see our Slack community as one of the most valuable parts of the Elevate experience. So we’re planning to leave it open indefinitely. While we’ll be stepping back from our roles as moderators, we encourage the community to step in, share ideas, and shape what it becomes moving forward. Please feel free to add your thoughts. The space is yours now!
Please know that our gratitude for your presence and participation is immense. You made this community what it is today. We hope the friendships and inspiration you found here will carry forward! And this isn't a final goodbye from us - we look forward to continuing to participate in the community, moving forward as fellow members rather than mentors.
Loads of love,
Alli, Duncan, Gabby & Will
